Our story does not begin with a grand moment, but with something far more meaningful. It is built on generations of knowledge, passed down, refined, and lived out through real work. Four generations of construction experience have shaped the foundation of this company, guiding every decision and every detail.
My name is Raul Alexander Lucio, owner and founder of Prime Build LLC. What began as lessons learned over time has grown into a commitment I carry into every project. One principle has remained constant through each generation: honor God by honoring your client, and honor your client by doing good, honest work.
That means choosing the right way over the easy way, every time. It means paying attention to the details others might overlook and standing behind the work long after it is complete.
