How is Prime Build LLC different from its competitors?

To make the answer brief, we care. We care about your customer experience, we care about your opinions and ideas, we care to hear your voice throughout the course of the project. We simply want to make your dream into a reality. 

How long is the process when it comes to renovations or new homes?

Every job is unique and every job description differs. Depending on the stage we are starting out, remodels or renovations can take an average of anywhere from 1 month up to 6 months depending on scope of work. Meanwhile, new home will have a minimal construction length starting at 6 months with time being added further with more job details. 

What are your financing options?

We don’t directly offer financing options. We do however work on draw systems depending on the length and the scope of work on the project. However, we never ask for a full payment upfront. We do accept credit cards and are also familiar working with banks.
